Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Markham, Ontario.
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact Customer Service at info@intexca.ca or call 905-604-8018 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM ET. We cannot make changes after an order has been shipped or picked up by the carrier.
Please review your shipping address carefully and include any required unit or buzzer number. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. If an order is returned because of an address error, we will refund the order excluding the original shipping fee, and you may place a new order.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Orders under CAD $50: CAD $9.99 standard shipping
- Orders of CAD $50 or more: Free standard shipping

Free local pickup is available at 120 Duffield Dr, Markham, ON L6G 1B5. Please call our Markham Pickup line at 905-766-1187 during business hours to arrange a pickup time.
Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM ET. Please bring your order confirmation email.
