All orders are shipped from Markham, Ontario

All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at intexcainfo@gmail.com or call us at 9057661187 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM EST). We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped/picked up by the carrier.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct and complete address. Please include all necessary unit number or buzzer number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2600 John Street Unit 201, Markham, ON L3R 3W3. Please call us at 905 766 1187 during our business hour to schedule a pickup time.

Our business hours are 9:30AM - 5:30PM on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
