Returns and Warranty Policy
6 Months Warranty on all purchases. If product has a problem, customer contact us and can send product directly into our office with our free shipping service. Please allow 7 business day for us to fix or replace. Intexca Inc will pay for shipping back to customer.

Return period:
Request to return product must be made within 5 days of receiving product if not satisfied. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

A restocking fee of 10% may apply for product that is unopened.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply for product that is opened but unused.

A restocking fee of 20% may apply for product that is opened and used.

Items in the following condition upon arrival can be returned for full refund (including shipping cost):
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

Shipping charges:
Intexca will be responsible for all shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect upon arrival.
For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Following information must be included in ‘return request’ or "warranty" message to Intexca:
- Product description
- Purchase Order of items
- Condition of product
- Condition of packaging
- Reason for return or repair

Following documents must be included in returned package:
- Original packaging
- Original labels/tags
- Any product accessories
- Manuals/warranty cards

Refund process
Intexca will process refund within 7 days of receiving the return package.
Customer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.
