Warranty/Return Policy

Returns Policy 

  1. Returns period: 

    Request to return product must be made within 5 days of receiving product if not satisfied

  2. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for product that is unopened.

  3. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for product that is opened but unused. 

  4. A restocking fee of 20% may apply for product that is opened and used.

  5. Items in the following condition can be returned with full refund : 
    - Defective 
    - Damaged 
    - Incorrect 
  6. Shipping charges: 
    Intexca will be responsible for all shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect. 
    For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

  7. Following information must be included in ‘return request’ or "warranty" message to Intex: 
    - Product description 
    - Purchase Order of items
    - Condition of product 
    - Condition of packaging 
    - Reason for return or repair

  8.  Following documents must be included in returned package: 
    - Original packaging 
    - Original labels/tags 
    - Any product accessories 
    -Manuals/warranty cards 

  9. Refund process 
    Intexca will process refund within 7 days of receiving of product. 
    Customer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.

  10. 6 Months Warranty.If product has problem, customer can send product directly into our office with our free shipping service. Please allow 7 business day for us to fix or replace.  Intex Inc will pay for shipping back to customer.
