6-Month Limited Warranty

Intexca products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the original purchase date for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact info@intexca.ca or call Customer Service at 905-604-8018. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when possible.

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps. For an approved warranty claim involving a defective product, Intexca will cover the required return shipping. Warranty service may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution depending on the product and issue.

Returns and Refunds

The 6-month warranty is separate from our return policy. Standard return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Return eligibility, restocking fees, return shipping costs, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
